2024 PTO Auction

With help from our families, teachers, staff and community last year’s PTO Auction raised over $35,000 for our school. The 2024 PTO Spring Silent Auction will be held on Friday, April 12th, 2024. The Live Auction opens at 5:30pm. Items will be available to view on the auction website before bidding at our online only event. Golden showcase auction items will be available for prebidding at 9:00 am April 12th, 2024. This year's in-person auction portion will be combined with the MICS Spring Art Show's big Friday event. There will be live music, food venders, a student market and artwork on display.

How will this year’s PTO Auction benefit MICS?

This year’s PTO Auction will benefit the Mountain Island Charter School SOAR Foundation’s fundraising goals such as purchasing laptops, supporting the arts, helping athletics, and much more! Come have fun and get some great deals! Watch for details regarding online previews and information about our premium items! Funds raised will be used to enrich educational programs schoolwide.

Instructions For Account Setup on Auctria

When using a mobile device

1. Install the Auctria App on your Phone.
2. On the Welcome page click "Enter an event" under "Not a bidder, yet?"
3. Type MICS in the open field and click "Go"
4. When the MICS PTO Page comes up click the three lines stacked to the right of "Menu"
5. Select "Online Registration"
6. Fill in the fields to create your account.
7. An email should be sent to you once you create your account telling you your access code and a box asking you to confirm your email address

When using a laptop or desktop computer

1. Go to a web browser and enter charityauction.bid/MICS
2. Select "Online Registration"
3. Fill in the fields to create your account.
4. An email should be sent to you once you create your account telling you your access code and a box asking you to confirm your email address.

Please use the Online Auction Donation Form or a hard copy of the form can be downloaded HERE. All donations must be received by Wednesday, March 1st to be included in the auction.

All donations are Tax Deductible and Letter to Businesses can be downloaded HERE. A donation form must be completed for each auction item donated. The auction donation letter is a formal letter for businesses and individuals who request information for tax purposes or other records.

*Donation forms are NOT required for contributions to classroom or grade level baskets.* Information regarding grade level baskets will be sent out through the classroom/grade level parents.
